From time to time, there may be information on www.TEESHIRTSLOVERS.COM that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after your order submission).

// IMAGES

TEESHIRTSLOVERS makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our Web site. However, as the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products.

All our images are copyrighted. Please do not use any of our images without our permission. Images are scaled to show details. Please refer to item description for actual size. Colours of item may differ slightly due to camera quality, lighting effects or colour resolution of different computers.

There will be no additional images provided for product, however, TEESHIRTSLOVERS will be answering and assisting any enquires regarding any products. You can ask any questions through the CONTACT US. Enquires will be answered within 36 hours. You can read more on shopping tips and questions under FAQ.  

// ORDERING

Please take note that by submitting the order implies your intention of confirming an item. Thus items not paid within the timeframe of 24hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter. All dead buyers will also be blacklisted from our website and from all future purchases.

// PRICING & TRANSACTION

All the prices stated on the site are final, non-negotiable and exclusive of postage charges. TEESHIRTSLOVERS do not do any form of reservations or trades. TEESHIRTSLOVERS reserves the right to reject a transaction/customer at our own discretion. TEESHIRTSLOVERS also reserves the right to amend Terms & Conditions at any given time. For registered local mail, there’s an additional charge of $3 per parcel. For other postage charges, please email us at customers@teeshirtslovers.com

// PAYMENT

Internet-Banking transfers are highly recommended. If you’ve made an ATM transfers, please take a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt and email it to us together with your payment details. ATM transfers without snapshot of receipt will be treated as no order. TEESHIRTSLOVERS will take legal actions against fraud cases. Please do not claim that you have payment if you did not make any. Payments will be verified within 6 – 48 hours depending on volume of order.

// DELIVERY & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to hygiene implications we cannot exchange or refund on earrings.

TEESHIRTSLOVERS ships worldwide. Charges are reflected upon checking out. TSL will not be held liable for lost parcels if customer chooses to opt for normal mail. We strongly encourage all buyers to opt for registered parcels for a piece of mind. Please note that a return address will be stamped on the back of every parcel before they are sent. TSL uses Singpost to ship all parcels within or out of Singapore. TSL will not be liable for any delayed lost parcels under Singpost's responsibility.

// REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We will refund or exchange any defected items if it is being mailed to us within 7 days after purchase. Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.

For items that are deem defected by TEESHIRTSLOVERS, we will have it exchange for the same item that is still instock, or a full refund if that particular item is out of stock. Other than the above mentioned, TEESHIRTSLOVERS strictly do not entertain any forms of refunds.
