As we have many emails everyday, in order to ensure our fastest reply, we recommend that you read through them before contacting us.

We strongly encourage all our customers to drop us an email and confirm all questions before any purchase.

WHAT ARE THE MODE OF PAYMENTS TEESHIRTSLOVERS ACCEPTS?  

We accept DBS/POSB ATM & IBANK transfer, PAYPAL, INTERBANK, VISA, MASTERCARD & AMEX.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS FROM?  

Products from TEESHIRTSLOVERS are usually imported from South Korea.

We do also sourced internationally in countries like Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Thailand and Japan.

What's a difference between INSTOCK and PREORDER items? :
Items will take 2-3 working days to be dispatched to your address if item ordered is an INSTOCK item,

whereas PREORDER items will take 7-14 working days upon payment received due to overseas shipping from South Korea.

In an event where items in the same order has both INSTOCK and PREORDER products,

INSTOCK items will be sent out first via normal mail unless registered mail is requested.

HOW DO I PURCHASE?  

Step 1: Navigate to the product you are interested in purchasing.

Step 2: Enter the desired quantity, then click on the "Add to cart" button.

Step 3: Check the quantity and the item you have added.

Step 4: When you are ready to purchase, click on the "Go to checkout" button.

(Please note that you would have to sign in if you are an existing customer or create an account with us if you are a new customer.)

Step 5: Select your shipping and payment options.

Step 6: Finally, click on the "Confirm the order" button, and a confirmation email will be sent to verify your order.

Next, you will receive a payment advice (invoice) email after submitting your order.

Please make your payment and revert back to us within 24 hours.

TEESHIRTSLOVERS reserves the right to release your items if no payment nor replies were made during the given time frame.

We will verify your payment and send you an email once your payment has been verified within the next 36 hours.

You should receive your item(s) in 4-6 days, excluding weekends once we have verified your payment.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

 

For local buyers, we accept:

- DBS/ POSB Internet bank transfers

- DBS/ POSB ATM transfers (ATM transfer customers to provide us with a snapshot of transaction receipt for verification purpose)

-Interbank transfer (Kindly note that Interbank Transfers take 3 working days to be credited in our accounts. Payment verification will only take place after the transaction is successful)

For international buyers, we accept:

major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, all through Paypal.

How long will I receive my items?

Once you placed and paid for your order, your items will reach you in 3 working days

(excluding Weekends & Public Holidays) after it have been dispatched .

How will my items be mailed to me?

You may either opt for NORMAL or REGISTERED postage on the checkout page.

All our local and international parcels are being delivered by Singpost via either:

a) NORMAL postage

The cost of normal delivery charges range from SGD $0.50 to SGD $2.50 depending on the weight and size of item.

Please note that order tracking is not available for normal postage deliveries.

We highly recommend that you opt for REGISTERED postage to prevent lost parcels as all registered parcels can be tracked

via Singpost website. We will not be liable for any parcels lost by using normal postage after posting out.

b) REGISTERED postage

Local REGISTERED postage charges is an additional SGD$3 on top of the total normal postage charges

Each REGISTERED parcel is given a unique tracking number that will be provided to you by the confirmation of shipping email

from TEESHIRTSLOVERS. This can be traced through the Singapore Post web site at www.singpost.com.sg or by calling 1688.

A signature is required upon delivery.

If there is no one at your chosen address to sign for your parcel a card will be left asking you to collect your parcel from your nearest post office.

Do you ship internationally?

 

We do ship internationally!

Shipment is handled by Singpost Registered Air Mail.

Shipping charges are calculated through the checkout and vary according to the location of your country.

Transit time is between 6-12 business days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks.
